Keen watchmaker, good experience on complications, Customer service, and Technical support for sales ; experienced watchmakers passed on to me some of their know-how. Then I learnt a lot on process and organization of C.S., and how important it is for a brand image.
As a conscientious, outgoing and customer-oriented personn, I developed relationnal and commercial qualities. But the satisfaction of an international clientele led me to practice in the enjoyable Cayman Islands.
